Guidelines to Get Ready for the Delivery of Your New Structure

Every delivery location has unique characteristics. We're providing some tips to help you gear up for your shed delivery.

• There's no need for ground prep if the installation site has a maximum of three feet level discrepancy in any direction.
• We'll supply wooden leveling blocks free of charge if the site's level discrepancy is no more than one foot in any direction.
• If the site's level discrepancy exceeds one foot in any direction, the client must furnish concrete blocks for leveling.
• Positioning client-provided concrete blocks until the barn is level will not incur any labor charges. However, a labor fee of $150 per layer will be applied for placing concrete blocks beyond the leveling point when you have your shed delivered.
• The site needs to be approachable for trucks, trailers, and installation equipment.
• We won't pass through adjoining properties for shed delivery without obtaining explicit consent from the property owner. We will not cross any properties not owned by our customer when delivering rent-to-own structures.
• All necessary permits and licenses (legal obligations of any kind) for purchasing or renting a Prairie Built Barn are the client's responsibility.
• The client is accountable for all determinations regarding ground conditions and site appropriateness. Prairie Built Barns and our partners will not be held liable for any underground or surface damage incurred during shed delivery.
• Obstacle removal, like trees, limbs, and fences, is the client's responsibility.
